Our Notary Public Service

Apostille and Authentication

When documents must be used overseas, they must be legalised through an apostille or authentication process. We notarise your documents and manage the legalisation process, liaising with the High Court, DIRCO, and embassies where necessary, so your documents are accepted in any country.

Translation of Documents

Some documents require official translation before they can be used abroad. We arrange sworn translations and ensure they are duly authenticated for use abroad.

Signing or Executing a Document

Certain documents, such as powers of attorney, antenuptial contracts, and declarations, must be signed in the presence of a Notary Public. We guide you through this process, verifying your identity and ensuring all legal formalities are met.

Antenuptial Contracts

An antenuptial contract must be signed by both parties, in front of a notary public, to protect your financial future by setting out how assets will be managed. We advise you on your options, draft your contract in clear language, and register it with the Deeds Office to ensure it is legally binding.
